One time I was Mona’s date to her friend’s Indian wedding. The wedding festivities went for 4 days. This was day 1. Since we aren’t 100% Indian, we had to borrow saris since we don’t have any. We basically played dress up in Indian clothes for a long weekend. We ate Gujarati food and were vegetarians for the weekend too.
